Our commitment
Getting you to value — not just getting you deployed.
Most professional services engagements end at deployment. Ours don't. We measure success by the value your organisation extracts from the platform over time — not whether the initial configuration matched a scope document.
That means we're structured about onboarding — with defined milestones, acceptance criteria, and a fixed go-live date. And it means we stay engaged after go-live, running regular reviews and proactively identifying where the platform can do more for your team.
Predictability matters as much as speed. You should know exactly what you're getting, when you'll have it, and what it costs — before the engagement starts.
Time to first value
Structured onboarding programmes with a defined timeline. You'll have a working, governed deployment — not just a provisioned environment — within an agreed number of weeks.
Predictable scope and cost
Fixed-scope packages for standard onboarding. Time-and-materials for bespoke technical work. Either way, you receive a statement of work before any engagement begins.
Sustained and incremental value
Our success team runs quarterly reviews, tracks adoption metrics, and proactively surfaces new use cases. The platform should deliver more value in month twelve than it did in month one.
What we deliver
Three services. One continuous thread.
Onboarding gets you to value fast. Technical Services extends what the platform can do for your specific environment. Customer Success ensures that value compounds — not stagnates.
Structured. Time-boxed. Outcome-driven.
Onboarding
We run a fixed-scope onboarding programme that takes organisations from contract signature to productive use on a defined timeline. Not a vague kickoff and a set of docs — a structured sequence of workshops, configuration checkpoints, and acceptance criteria that gives you a clear end date and a working deployment.
- Kick-off and stakeholder alignment in week one
- Environment setup, SSO, and vault configuration
- ARGUS-i™ policy configuration and classification tuning
- User and department provisioning with spend cap baseline
- Go-live readiness review and sign-off
Embedded skills. Delivered as you need them.
Technical Services
We provide experienced technical resources who can integrate into your delivery team for the duration of an engagement. Whether you need help shaping requirements, designing a solution architecture, building custom integrations, or extending the platform, our engineers work alongside your team — not at arm's length.
- Business Analysts to capture and structure AI governance requirements
- Solution Architects to design integration patterns and data flows
- AI Engineers for model tuning, RAG pipelines, and agent tooling
- Developers for custom MCP servers, API integrations, and workflow automation
Sustained value. Not a one-time deployment.
Customer Success
Our success team stays engaged after go-live. We run regular cadences with your organisation to review adoption metrics, identify underutilised capability, surface governance gaps, and plan the next increment of value. The goal is not a successful deployment — it's a growing return on your investment over time.
- Dedicated Success Manager for the life of the engagement
- Quarterly business reviews with usage and governance analytics
- Proactive identification of new use cases within your organisation
- Escalation path into engineering for emerging requirements
- Roadmap input — your operational feedback shapes what we build next
Technical services
The right skills, available when you need them.
We staff engagements from a bench of experienced practitioners across the delivery disciplines needed to implement AI governance in complex environments. Resources can be engaged individually or as a coordinated delivery squad.
Business Analyst
Requirements capture, stakeholder workshops, use case mapping, and acceptance criteria definition. BAs ensure the engagement is grounded in what your organisation actually needs — not what a vendor assumes.
Solution Architect
Integration design, data flow architecture, security boundary definition, and deployment pattern selection. SAs are responsible for ensuring OBEL fits cleanly into your existing technology landscape.
AI Engineer
Model selection and evaluation, RAG pipeline design, agent tooling, prompt engineering, and classification policy tuning. AI Engineers own the intelligence layer of your deployment.
Developer
Custom MCP server development, API integration, workflow automation, and bespoke tooling. Developers bridge the gap between OBEL's platform capabilities and your organisation's specific operational requirements.
Who we serve
From enterprise to the most sensitive government environments.
Our services packages are designed for organisations where AI governance is not optional — where classification levels matter, where audit trails are a regulatory requirement, and where the cost of a data breach or misclassification is measured in careers, not column inches.
Security cleared resources
Cleared personnel across the Five Eyes alliance.
For engagements in classified or highly sensitive environments, we maintain a bench of security-cleared technical resources across all Five Eyes member countries. Cleared personnel can be embedded on-site or work within the appropriate enclaved environment for the duration of the engagement.
Clearance requirements and vetting procedures vary by jurisdiction and engagement. Contact us early in your procurement process — matching cleared resources to specific environments takes time, and we want to plan for it properly.

Clearance levels and availability vary by country and engagement. All cleared resource arrangements are subject to applicable national vetting requirements.
Engagement packages
Fixed scope. Defined timeline. Clear outcome.
Standard engagements are packaged with defined deliverables and a fixed timeline so you know the cost before you start. Bespoke technical work is scoped on a time-and-materials basis with a statement of work issued before any engagement begins.
Custom scoping available for classified environment deployments and large-scale rollouts. Contact hello@ninthlabs.ai with your requirements.
Services partner network
Extended reach through trusted delivery partners.
Not every engagement is best served by ninthLABS directly. Our Services Partner Network is a curated set of systems integrators, consulting firms, and specialist delivery organisations who have been trained on the OBEL platform and meet our quality and security standards.
Partners can lead end-to-end delivery, augment your existing implementation team, or provide regional or sector-specific capability that we don't carry directly. All partner engagements are backed by our standard support framework.
Certified delivery
Partners must complete the OBEL delivery certification programme before leading an engagement. This covers platform architecture, governance configuration, and security policy implementation.
Sector specialists
Partners are often selected for their sector depth — defence, intelligence, health, financial services — where domain expertise matters as much as platform knowledge.
Become a partner
If your organisation delivers enterprise or government technology programmes and wants to include OBEL in your capability, reach out. We're selective about who we certify.
